Under a Federal set-aside contract with Patrick Air force Base (PAFB), we provide opportunities for individuals to work in our state of the art recycling facility located at PAFB. This award winning program provides a real work experience that prepares the individual for competitive employment often through our Employment Services Program. We develop an employment plan for each individual based on a comprehensive assessment of interests, skills, work productivity and tolerance ratings. During the training program individuals receive a commensurate wage package which includes health and other benefits. Our goal is to provide individuals with marketable work skills that they can use in the community. Helpful Information This program is funded through a Federal set aside contract negotiated between Ability One (NISH) and PAFB.
