| BRIDGES BTC BOARD OF DIRECTORS Our Bridges BTC Board of Directors represents our individuals, their families and our community. Directors currently serve two consecutive one year terms. Our officer positions include: - Chairperson

ANNUAL REPORT GOES HERE The Board meets on the last Tuesday of every other month at 6:00pm at Bridges.
(January, March, May, July, September and November). Usually committee meetings are held prior to the main meeting at 5:00pm (e.g. Financial). |
The primary roles of the Board are:
- To frame the big picture for Bridges BTC Inc.
- To carry the burden of fiduciary responsibility.
- To support the Bridges BTC. programs and services
- To nurture and encourage, shape and sustain the organization.
- To act as a local quality assurance check-and-balance
- To open doors to the local community and its resources
- To serve as a grassroots advance group for public relations in conjunction with the foundation and its fundraising efforts.
- To form a strong, supportive
relationship with senior management. - To join Bridges BTC in fundraising activities both as participants and as event committee members.
