General Information

As a state approved Live Scan vendor,we provide a fast, confidential electronic fingerprinting service that enables you to meet the new Florida background screening rules.

If you choose to use our services, please fill out the new customer form and fax it to 321-690-3468

New Customer Form

Then download and fill out one of the forms below (either the AHCA or the DCF Live Scan screening form) and bring it with you for your Live Scan fingerprinting. Also bring a valid ID such as a Drivers License. Many thanks!

 Tips for Success!

If you have had difficulty in the past with fingerprinting you should use Neosporin
for a minimum of 3 days prior to being screened.  Use after washing hands
and before going to bed.

If prints have been rejected you must
wait for the letter from law enforcement
and bring it with you to be reprinted.

We accept cash, credit cards
and business checks only.

We can help reduce your potential liability by:

Reducing background checking processing time from weeks to hours

Minimizing 'error' rate on each screening

Best of all we are the only 'Live Scan' business in Florida  that directs all its proceeds back to programs for individuals with disabilities.
