Springwood Estates House 1

Located in Rockledge, Florida, Springwood and Woodsmere were built in partnership with Agency for Persons with Disabilities (APD) and Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Including our Melrose home, we currently offer comprehensive residential services to 45 individuals with disabilities.

Springwood recently celebrated its 25th anniversary and we are very proud of the fact that many of our individuals and staff in all our homes have been with us for more than 20 years. This longevity is reflected in consistently high scores from our regulatory agencies and validates our ongoing commitment to the highest standards of care and medical support.

This program is funded through Florida’s APD Home and Community Based Waiver (‘Residential Habilitation’)
